We have completed upgrades along with the addit of new features to our client area and billing system.
- Existing customers who visit the cart will now see a new category, called "Domain Renewals". Within this section, you will be able to see all the Active & Expired domains you have with us, the days until expiration and the options which you have for renewal.
This allows you to order domain renewals at any time you wish, for example early before the regular automatic invoicing has sent an invoice for the domain being due soon.
- Mass Payments feature is an additional setting which will allow you to pay for multiple due invoices in a single payment attempt. So when you see your due invoices with new checkboxes next to them, a Pay Selected button to click after selecting the invoices you want to pay, and a Pay All quick link next to the total due. If you are happy to proceed, then simply choose your desired payment method for the selected invoices and submit at which point you will be taken to your payment method of choice.
- Sub Accounts You have the ability to create sub accounts to other users to handle and view areas of your account. For instance a user that handles billing only or a user that handles support ticket. You set up the accounts with their information and choose what areas they have access to.
- 3D Secure Support Created by the card payments industry, 3-D Secure is a security feature which ensures that payments using certain credit and debit cards are authenticated by the card holder with their bank at the time of the transaction. 3-D Secure is the common name for the technology behind MasterCard SecureCode (MSC) and Verified by Visa (VbV). If your customer's card is enrolled with 3-D Secure, during the payment flow they will be prompted by their bank to enter a password to verify that the transaction is authorised by the card owner before completion.
Most billing systems still don't support it yet, despite all the benefits it brings in terms of fraud prevention, but since 2007 WHMCS has supported & had integration for all the gateways that require it.
- We have also added many additional controls for your accounts products and services including full control features of domain management. We also have it easier to navigate and find what you need.
- Knowledgebase article hints are now offered based on the support ticket information you provide when opening a support ticket through your client area as well as rating our replies.
