I have a question 4 U, I'm not getting email notification when you reply to my post. I have it turned on, also if you would like the Pink outline around "Puppy Power Hosting Forum" banner removed let me know & I'll fix it 4 U!

Todd we are looking into it.. i am not getting email notification  either  but George is.... guess he held his mouth right and we didnt lol.... we are looking into it now and i will let u know...

Hiya Toddman,
I am looking deeper into the email trouble. I am getting emails, but Donna is not. It may be an individual setting, but I will post the fix either way.

As for the customer support section, it is restricted to posting by active customers. The anouncement forums are only available to Administrators for posting.

Initial tests sends emails to a secondary test account. Please ensure that you are subscribed to the thread and have email notifications set to on. You can check what you are subscribed to under subcriptions within the user control panel. :forums" and "topics" Please verify and let me know what you find.

 To limit the # of emails sent from the board you would only receive the initial reply notification, if desired I can enable all unless the emails sent by the board start consuming large amounts of resources, as we feel it is more important for quick responsive service.

:blink: hmmmm not sure what's up with that as I have 3 accounts set up and they are working. Try starting a new topic and let's see if replies to it will work. Also, do you have a junk mail folder or some email filters in place that may be interfering? I will do some more testing and look some logs over either way.

you still have the same email addie don't ya? Try the one from your isp please as I am curious to see if Infinlost may have a block? Although you receive if we use the email member don't you?

It works, I got a notice that a post was made to this subject.

Yes I got my forum setup email & I can send email directly from the CP, I havn't changed any settings, maybe givin' the puppy a swift hand fixed it.

I'll setup a different account that doesn't go through infinlost & see how it works
